Spinach,Garlic and chilli pickle

#Greenleafy Spinach, garlic and chilli pickle is one of my favorite,have with unique taste and healthy too.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove stem from spinach and waah in running water,chop and keep aside

* Step 2

Boil water in a pan add chopped spinach and after 2 to 3 minutes remove from hot water and immediately dip in cold water when cool strain water and keep aside

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan,add garlic when it turns light brown add green chillies and after a minute add blanched spinach and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes,then add turmeric and salt and finally add lemon juice,now switch of gas and keep aside to cool

* Step 4

In other pan take slit green chillies,all seeds powder,salt, turmeric asefotida, vinegar and whole seeds ingredients mix well

* Step 5

Now add vinegar and salt and mix well,now heat Oil in pan,add spinach mixture and dry Pickle mixture powder in this hot oil stir it and mix well and keep aside to cool,when cool transfer in clean jar and serve when require

* Step 6

Keep the jar in fridge for longer shelf life
