It's a very popular dish in my family gate together.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and deseed green chillies by giving slits
* Step 2
Now in bowl mashed potatoes.in pan add some oil, adf green chilli, ginger,garlic paste. Saute well. Add mashed potatoes.
* Step 3
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt.mix well. Add lemon juice. Allow it to cool down. Stuff it in chillies. Keep aside.
* Step 4
Now in bowl add besan,rice flour,and carom seeds, salt, turmeric powder, and chilli powder. Mix well and add the required amount of water. Make dosa consistency batter.
* Step 5
Add baking soda to it. Heat oil in deep pan. Put stuffed chillies in batter cover from all sides. Put it in oil. Cook on medium to high flame.
* Step 6
Serve hot with garlic chutney and tomato sauce. Enjoy
