Spinach buttermilk curry

spinach

3 tbsp

gram flour

3 tbsp

peanuts

3 tbsp

oil

as required

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and chop spinach.add in cooker container along with peanuts and split Bengal gram.

* Step 2

Add little water and pressure cook giving 1 whistle. Allow it to cool down.chop green chillies and 7,8 garlic cloves. Blend to coarse paste.

* Step 3

Add Bengal gram flour to cooked spinach.mix well with hands. No lumps should be there. Heat up the deep pan

* Step 4

Add oil,once hot add chilliy garlic paste, mustard seeds,curry leaves.saute. turmeric powder add cooked spinach. Mix well. Now cook for 2 minutes.

* Step 5

Add buttermilk to pan. Mix well add salt. Give one nice boil. In tadka pan add oil, once hot add remaining garlic cloves,red chilli powder.

* Step 6

Now pour this tadka on hot spinach curry. Enjoy with hot steam rice and papad.
