Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grate dry coconut. Dry roast it. Keep aside. In same pan dry roast cumin seeds, garlic cloves, tamarind.
* Step 2
Allow all ingredients to cool down. Now in mixer jar add all ingredients. Blend to coarse chutney. Goes well with bhakri, chapati, vada pav. Roasting increases it's shelf life. You can avoid it if you want.
