Tried for the first time which turned out yummy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast all seeds and keep aside. now in pan add one cup water add ghee,sugar and salt. When water starts boiling,add sorghum flour with continuous stirring.
* Step 2
Cover with lid.switch of the flame. Rest for 10 minutes
* Step 3
Now blend seeds to coarse powder. Melt jaggery till it softens.don't make syrup or liquid consistency.
* Step 4
Dry roast coconut,add it to Jaggery,add blended seeds powder, cardamom powder,saunth powder,pinch of salt.
* Step 5
Mix well. Stuffing is ready. now Knead the sorghum flour mixture till it become soft. Take out small portion.
* Step 6
Spread it with hands. Add stuffing and close it tightly. Prepare steamer. Steam it for 15 minutes. serve hot with desi ghee.
* Step 7
Healthiest version of modak enjoy guilt free. For colour I have used Gokarna and hibiscus flowers extract. Tastes really very good.
