Beetroot rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak rice for ten minutes. Chop all veggies, paneer cubes.
* Step 2
Heat pan add oil, once hot add sliced onion.khada masala.saute.add all veggies saute well.
* Step 3
Now add beetroot puree.mix well, cook for 5 minutes. add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste. garam masala.
* Step 4
Now add washed rice and paneer. Mix well add salt and water. Give 1 whistle. serve hot with raita.
