This recipe is again a family favorite made on sankranti as we eat sweet all the day. Easy and tasty recipe

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Coarsely blend matar. Keep aside, heat pan add oil to it.once hot add green chilli and ginger paste.saute.now add coarsely blended matar.mix well cook for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Now add sugar, salt and lemon juice.cook for more 5 minutes. Add sesame seeds powder and grated coconut.mix well. Rest it for half an hour. Cool it completely
* Step 3
Now in bowl add all flours, semolina,sugar,salt. Pour hot oil as mohan.mix well gradually add water to form hard dough as we make for puri.rest for 30 mins. Divide it in small balls
* Step 4
Stuffing is ready. Now take one ball roll it in oval shape. Out stuffing.roll it neatly by covering from sides also by applying little water.
* Step 5
Roll softly. Spread roasted sesame seeds in plates. cover rolls with sesame seeds. Heat oil in deep pan, on medium to high flame deep fry rolls till golden brown.
* Step 6
Enjoy hot with tomato sauce or enjoy as it is. It's very simple recipe no added powdered masala or any sauce but it tastes yum. It gives nice taste to your tongue. Try it
