Bhogi is a day on which Maharashtrian people make this thali to woship new grains.all veggies which are available in this season are included in this recipe.today I am sharing mix vegetable recipe with you.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop all veggies.now heat pan,add oil.
* Step 2
Once hot add cumin seeds and Mustard seeds.spluttered then add tomato.saute add sugarcane pieces, potato everything one by one.
* Step 3
Now add salt to it. Now add red chilli powder,goda masala,salt, tamarind paste.mix well add Jaggery again add some water.cover it and cook for 7,8 minutes now add roasted peanut powder aand sesame powder.again cook for around 10minutes serve hot with bajari bhakri.
