Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In big bowl add all-purpose flour. Add cumin and carom seeds.

* Step 2

Add salt and chat masala.now in tadaka pan heat oil pour on all-purpose flour. Mix well

* Step 3

Now try to combine the flour in your palm.if it is binding, then the moyan is enough.

* Step 4

Now gradually add water to make dough. Rest the dough for 15 mins.

* Step 5

Roll out chapati,with cookie cutter make mathri. Pierce it with fork.Heat oil in deep pan.once hot turn the flame medium to high and deep fry all mathries.

* Step 6

Allow it to cool down.Store it in air tight container. Enjoy with a cup of tea
