Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak sago pearls overnight.heat deep pan add milk and sugar reduce it till three cups.
* Step 2
Add one cup water to soaked pearls.cook till transperant. Allow it to cool down. now add it to reduced milk.
* Step 3
In small pan add ghee,add dry fruits and roast till golden brown.add it to milk.add sugar syrup.mix well
* Step 4
Add cardamom and nutmeg powder.mix well cook for five minutes.and serve.you can keep it in refrigerator and serve chilled.
