Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and keep rice for 10 minutes.chop veggies.boil corn and black eyed beans.actually red beans to be used but didn't get.

* Step 2

Cook Rice.keep aside.now heat pan add oil,butter. Add chopped garlic.saute add onion,add tomato puree.saute add capsicum,carrot,corn,black eyed beans.saute.

* Step 3

Add tomato ketchup, oregano,red chilli powder.mix well add black pepper powder,chilli flakes.

* Step 4

Now add cooked rice.mix well cook for five minutes and serve hot with tangy salsa.(blend tomato,onion,capsicum, oregano,red chilli powder,ketchup.lemon juice.)
