Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut bread slices in heart shape.heat pan add desi ghee, shallow fry bread slices till golden brown.

* Step 2

In deep pan add sugar and water.cook it till one string consistency.put bread slices in sugar syrup. Rest for 10 minutes.

* Step 3

Now reduce milk to half of its quantity.add almonds and cashews.cardamom powder. Rabadi is ready.

* Step 4

Now place shahi tukda in serving plate.pour chilled Rabdi on it.sprinkle rose petals and saffron strands. Serve and enjoy.
