Orange coconut burfi

#Cookpadturns4 Cookpad is turning 4. Decided to make burfi with Orange as it's season of orange and love this fruit for it's sweet and sour taste.

Ingredient

Food ration :

serves 4 servin

Cooking time :

35 minutes
1 cup

orange

1 1/2 cup

sugar

1 tsp

desi ghee

as needed

Silver foil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel oranges, separate flesh in bowl.dont make juice.

* Step 2

Heat Pan add ghee.saute grated coconut for couple of minutes.add sugar add saute when starts melting add orange flesh mix well and allow it to cook for some it will become watery as sugar dissolves and orange lives it's juice.

* Step 3

On slow flame allow it cook.add dry fruits powder and cardomom powder. Once it will start leaving pan.switch off the flame.pour the mixture in greased plate. Allow it cool in refrigerator for one hour. Cut Burfi in your deslred shape.put silver foil.tastes yum.
