Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak flattened rice for five minutes.chop onion, chillies, coariander.
* Step 2
Heat deep pan add 3 tbspoons of oil.put green chillies,onion,peanut and fry till golden brown.add asefoetida, turmeric powder.
* Step 3
Put sugar and salt on soaked flattened rice and gently mix.do not add it in Deep pan. now put flattened rice in Deep pan and mix well.
* Step 4
Add lemon juice and salt along with grated coconut and coariander.give one steam and serve hot after garnishing with coconut, coariander and zero no.sev.
