Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook bulgar wheat on medium heat.it takes around 15 minutes.chop Jaggery
* Step 2
Allow it to cool down.take deep pan add 1tspoon desi ghee.add bulgar wheat.in small pan add 1tspoon desi ghee roast dry fruits.
* Step 3
Add Jaggery, mix well and cook for ten minutes.add grated coconut and nutmeg powder.mix well and cook more five minutes.serve by garnishing with dry fruits and silver foil.
* Step 4
It's very healthy and tasty.doesnt need much ghee.coconut gives it little crunch.and aroma of nutmeg is just amazing.
