Pumpkin buns

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook pumpkin till smooth,remove water from it.
* Step 2
Mash pumpkin add Jaggery and cook till Jaggery completely mix with pumpkin.add nutmeg powder
* Step 3
Let it cool then gradually add wheat flour to it sometimes you need more flour but I have used 1big bowl of cake measure
* Step 4
Make soft dough, rest for five minutes.take plastic sheet and make buns with the help of hand.do not make it thin. Heat oil and deep fry till golden brown. Serve with hot tea
* Step 5
Very tasty and healthy.good for kids tiffin. you can keep these buns for 2/3days.
