Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl, add egg, salt, black pepper and chili flakes In it and mix gently.
* Step 2
Now add carrot, spinach and capsicum.
* Step 3
Mix gently. Grease muffin tray with little bit oil and pour the egg mixture in it.
* Step 4
Bake for 4 to 5 minutes or until done on 180c.
* Step 5
Healthy egg muffins are ready to serve.
