Today I'm sharing with you guys the recipe of rice flour tortilla (gluten free). These tortillas are perfect for tacos shells.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take heavy bottom pan, add water, salt and oil.
* Step 2
Cook on high heat until water start simmering.
* Step 4
And cook on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
* Step 5
Immediately transfer the dough on kitchen surface and knead hot.
* Step 6
Make soft dough. Rest for 30 minutes.
* Step 7
Divide the dough into equal 6 portions and roll it. Then cut with round cutter.
* Step 8
Heat up the tawa. Put tortilla on tawa and and cook until colour change.
* Step 9
Filp it and cook until done.
* Step 10
Rice flour tortilla (gluten free) is ready to serve. (I use these tortilla for tacos shells.)
