Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pot, add mutton, water and garlic and cook until tender.
* Step 2
Take another pot, heat up the oil and add onion and fry until becomes pinkish.
* Step 3
Add boiled mutton and cook for few minutes.
* Step 4
Add ginger, green chilli paste and cook for 30 seconds.
* Step 5
Add biryani masala, salt, chilli flacks and cumin and cook for few seconds.
* Step 6
Add, tomatoes, Tamarind and prune and cook for 30 seconds.
* Step 7
Add mutton stock and cook on high heat until becomes boiling.
* Step 8
Add rice and cook until water drained then add food colour, cover with led and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
* Step 9
Spicy Mutton biryani is ready to serve.
