Easy chocolate spong cake

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First beat egg white until foamy.
* Step 2
Add sugar and pinch of citric aside and beat until becomes thick and creamy. (set a side)
* Step 3
Take another bowl add egg yolks, coco powder, chocolate sauce, milk and buttermilk. Mix gently.
* Step 4
Mix baking powder with plain flour (maida) then gently mix with chocolate mixture.
* Step 5
Now mix flour mixture and egg white mixture together.
* Step 6
Pour cake mixture into a 8 inch round cake mold and bake for 20 minutes or until done on 180c.
* Step 7
Cool completely then take it out from cake mold.
* Step 8
Easy chocolate spong cake is ready.
