Roll and samosa sheets or patti
Ramadan is about to begin, so let's make some preparations for Ramadan.
so here is my first recipe for Ramadan preparations.
Today I am sharing with you guys the recipe of homemade roll and samosa patti.
You can make it very easy at home and save it for the whole month.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take flour and salt in a bowl, mix it well.
* Step 4
Let it rest for 15 minutes.
* Step 5
Now divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Then 1 portion divide in 9 equal portions for roll sheets and 1 divide in 14 equal portions for samosa sheets.
* Step 6
Take one portion of the dough and roll it into 6 to 8 inch sheet. Continue the same process and make 9 sheets by dusting with some flour.then take one sheet apply one teaspoon of oil all over the sheet with hand then sprinkle some flour.
* Step 7
Now put another sheet on it as shown in the pic repeat the same process until all sheets are done.
* Step 8
Cutt into square sheets as shown in picture.
* Step 9
Now heat the tawa put this rolled sheets on it cook for 30 to 40 seconds and flip it.
* Step 10
Now gently remove the cooked sheet. Then flip it on other side then gently remove another sheet or patti which is cooked. Continue the same process until it's done.
* Step 11
With same process make samosa sheets or patti.
* Step 12
Roll and samosa sheets or patti are ready.
