Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat up the ghee in a heavy bottom pan, add crushed Khoya and cook in simmer.

* Step 2

Keep the flame in simmer until the mixture comes out of the pan.

* Step 3

Then add almonds flour and mix gently.

* Step 4

Once mixture gets thick transfer the greased square pan. Sprinkle crushed almonds on the top. Give a press.

* Step 5

Let it cool completely. Slice the burfi as small squares or as you like. Almonds burfi is ready to serve.
