Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grinde dates into paste.

* Step 2

Chop the nuts, heat ghee in a pan, add nuts and fry till slight brown in colour

* Step 3

Add dates paste and mix it well.fry for 2 minutes on low flame then add sharred coconut and turn off the flame.

* Step 4

When it is warm to handle make it dough and make log then roll it in cling wrap and keep it in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.

* Step 5

Once done, roll it in sharred coconut, slice it and enjoy.
