Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, add black gram, onions, tomatoes, garlic, salt, red chilli and tarmaric powder in a heavy bottom pan.
* Step 2
Now add water and cook for an hour or until done.
* Step 3
Now add oil and cook until water drained.
* Step 4
Then add spinach and mix.
* Step 5
Now add 1 glass water and cook until spinach cooked.
* Step 6
Then take 2tbsp oil and add chilli flacks to it and stirring it for 5 seconds.
* Step 7
And add into the grams and mix. Also add all spices (garam masala).
* Step 8
Channe palak (spinach with black gram) is ready to serve.
