Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, heat up the oil and stir fry the carrots for a few seconds.
* Step 2
Now add capsicum and cook for few seconds.
* Step 3
Add cabbage and cook for 30 seconds.
* Step 4
Then add chicken and cook for few seconds.
* Step 5
Now add salt, pepper, soy sauce and schezwan sauce.
* Step 7
Now add white vinegar and mix it well. Then turn off the heat.
* Step 9
Then add 3tbsp mayo to it and mix it well.
* Step 11
First esamble hot and sour sauce.
* Step 12
Then spread schezwan mayo mixture.
* Step 13
Now spread mayo on it and cover with other bread slices.
* Step 14
Heat up the toaster and grease with oil.
* Step 15
Put the sandwiches in toaster and cook until red indicater is on.
* Step 16
When you see red indicater is on. then switch off the toaster and put out the sandwiches from toaster.
* Step 17
Schezwan mayo sendwitch ready to serve.
