* Step 1
Sab se pehly daal ko ache se dho kar khula pani daal kar ache se glane taq paka lain. (uper jo jhag ae utarte rahain)
* Step 2
Bilkul sira(gal) ho jae to daal ko ghot lain
* Step 3
Ab chicken mein namak, laal mirch, haldi, tamatar, lahsun, payaz aur pani daal kar paka lain ke ghost gal Jae.
* Step 4
Ache se gal Jae to chicken alag kar ke hadiyoon ko nikal dain aur masala ka pani khushak kar lain.
* Step 5
Ab oil mein zeera aur dara mirch daal kar Zara sa bhon lain.
* Step 6
Phir is mein Adrak, sabaz mirch aur chicken daal kar ache se bhon lain.
* Step 7
Phir masala jiska pani khushak kiya Tha shamil karain aur ache se bhon lain ke oil chor de.
* Step 8
Ab bhone Howe chicken se adha oil hata lain aur baqi Sara mixture daal mein shamil kar ke mix karain. Aur phir kali mirch aur garam masala shamil kar lain.
* Step 9
Mazedaar nayazi daal tayar hai.
