This salad is delicious, easy to prepare and is ideal to accompany all kinds of meats. For me it is perfect combined with salad of potatoes, stuffed tomatoes and deviled eggs 😍

water

Wash and peel the potatoes

Chop it to a medium dice and put it in the pan with the water and salt

Boil until tender, put in the colander to strain the water, let cool. Place the potatoes in your favorite salad bowl
