Vegetables and chicken soup
3-4 day meal prep, veggies and chicken soup to lose weight. No oils to make this heart fulfilling recipe just veggies and spices

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Without adding any oils, butter. Stir on medium heat, chopped chicken, chopped onion, garlic with black pepper, cumin, salt, cinnamon, bay leaves, 1/8 tsp chili powder (tiny pinch)
* Step 2
After a few minutes of sautéing add chopped potatoes and carrots, let cook covered for about 8-10 minutes on low heat. Stirring.
* Step 3
Add hot water and broccoli and zucchini, let boil on low heat for another 10-15 minutes or until the water and vegetables have combined into a colourful broth.
