Easy green beans, surimi and tofu stir fry
I love Asian flavours in my cooking. This is an easy recipe that can be made vegetarian if you omit the surimi for those trying veganuary.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the runner beans for 4-5 minutes and reserve. Drain liquid of tofu
* Step 2
Cube tofu and drain as much liquid as possible. Marinade in a mixture of soy sauce an honey for 5 minutes
* Step 3
Reserve the liquid of the marinade and stir fry the tofu cubes for 5 minutes. Reserve
* Step 4
If you use dry vermicelli soak in boiling water for 2 minutes
* Step 5
Add surimi and beans to wok with a splash of oil. Stir fry for 2 minutes to heat. Add the vermicelli/noodles and tofu
* Step 6
Mix reserved marinade with hoisin sauce. Stir with rest of ingredients to coat and serve piping hot.
