Pistachio White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Playing around with more cookie ideas for my BF...but I love these so much that I will have to give them away to keep from eating them!

Ingredient

butter, softened

1/2 cup

brown sugar

1/2 cup

granulated sugar

1 box

pistachio pudding or pie filling mix

2 large

eggs

1 tsp

vanilla extract

drops green food coloring

2 3/4 cup

all-purpose flour

1 tsp

baking soda

1 cup

pistachios, chopped

1 cup

white chocolate chips

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, cream butter with sugars. Add pudding mix and mix until combined.

* Step 2

Add eggs, vanilla and food coloring. Mix until combined.

* Step 3

Fold flour and baking soda into butter mixture.

* Step 4

Fold in chopped pistachios and white chocolate chips.

* Step 5

Drop by rounded tablespoons onto parchment lined baking sheets. Press slightly to fattening mounds of dough. Bake for 10 mins, remove to baking sheet to cool completely.
