On-the-goji mocha truffles
Chewy, tasty bites to take with you to work... gives you a mid-morning or afternoon mini lift :)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix everything together in a big bowl, first with a fork to break things down, then with your hands.
* Step 2
Add small drops of water as you go until the mixture starts to really come together.
* Step 3
Roll into around 15 generously sized truffles, or 30 mini ones :)
* Step 4
Try not to pop them down the hatch all in the same day ;)
