Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix flour, b. Soda, and 1 and 1/2 cup sugar until blended.Microwave butter, and 3 oz. Chocolate in microwavable bowl on High 2 min.until butter is melted. Add creme cheese. Gradually beat in flour mixture until blended. Refrigerate 30 min.

* Step 2

Meanwhile melt remaining chocolate. Beat corn syrup, water and remaining sugar until blended. Spoon into plastic bag.

* Step 3

Heat oven to 375 . Roll dough to 1/8 thickness. On floured surface. Use 3" cookie cutter. Place 2" apart on parchment paper on cookie sheet. Bake 12 min. Until edges are lightly brown. Cool...

* Step 4

Cut a small piece off one bottom corner if plastic bag. Use to pipe icing onto the cookie. Sprinkle with non paraeils.
