Vegetarian meatballs / Yule dinner

Flavorful, filling, & vegetarian, most people can't tell the difference.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

30 mins
1/3 Cups

dried parsley

2 Tbsp

soy sauce

1/3 Cups

ketchup

1/2 Cups

minced onion

2 Tbsp

bbq sauce

1 Tbsp

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F.

* Step 2

Mix veggie ground, bread crumbs/ corn flakes, parsley, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic, ketchup, and oinion.

* Step 3

Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a greased baking pan.

* Step 4

Bake for 15 mins.

* Step 5

While meatballs are baking mix cranberry sauce, chilli sauce, bbq sauce, and lemon juice.

* Step 6

Take meatballs out and pour sauce over them. Bake for an additional 15 mins.

* Step 7

Serve over pasta or bread of your choice.
