One pan dinner

I found this on Pinterest. It's neat because you can vary the recipe to your taste by changing the meat, veggie, or seasoning. http://treyandchristy.blogspot.com/2013/03/one-pan-dinner-chicken-potatoes-greens.html?m=1

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

* Step 2

Spray 13×9 baking dish with cooking spray (I prefer olive oil)

* Step 3

Wash & trim the ends off the green beans then place them along one side of the dish. Season them however you like.

* Step 4

Mix the sour cream & ranch in a bowl then coat the chicken with the mixture and place in the dish next to the beans.

* Step 5

Place the chopped potatoes in the dish next to the chicken and season with garlic (or whatever you like).

* Step 6

Put several pats of butter on the bean and potatoes.

* Step 7

Cover with foil & bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes (until potatoes are done).
