* Step 1
mix dry ingredients together. add eggs milk, or cream of corn, and oil. beat just until smooth, approximately 1minute (dont overmix) Pour batter into a greased 8 inch pan or greased muffin pan. Bake at 350°F for 23 to 28 minutes. serve warm w/ butter.
