This is a very tasty rub I like to use especially for a roasted chicken. I made jars of the rub for my families gift baskets this year. :-)
Ingredient
1 1/3 cup
coarse sea salt or kosher salt
2/3 cup
dried parsley
1/4 cup
dried thyme
1/4 cup
dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 cup
dried shredded lemon peel
1/4 cup
coarse ground pepper
2 tbsp
garlic powder
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all spices in a medium bowl and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
* Step 2
**This spice rub can be used on chicken, pork or fish. Just rub the meat with olive oil and rub in 1 tsp of the spice rub. Let it sit for 15 minutes and cook according to ur recipe.**
