Pistachio Fudge

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Un-shell your pistachios.
* Step 2
Chop slightly in a food processor or by hand
* Step 3
Line an 8w x 2h x 8L baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper
* Step 4
Melt the chocolate, butter, and water in the microwave for 1:15 minutes.
* Step 6
Mix in the instant pudding
* Step 7
Mix in the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until well blended
* Step 10
Chill in the fridge for 2 hours until set.
* Step 11
Remove by foil from baking dish and cut.
* Step 12
Serve or package as a gift and enjoy!
