Stuffed Breakfast Tortilla
Just experimented and made this. It tastes so good! It's very filling.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Whisk eggs, milk, and Montreal Seasoning in small bowl.
* Step 2
Scramble eggs in medium skillet until light and fluffy.
* Step 3
Preheat a medium skillet until hot.
* Step 4
On tortilla shell, place eggs on one half. Then cover same half with tomato, onion, and cheese.
* Step 5
Fold the empty side of tortilla over the side with eggs.
* Step 6
Place in skillet and cook on both sides until tortilla is golden brown.
* Step 7
Remove from skillet and open tortilla.
* Step 8
Top the side with eggs with remaining ingredients of your choice.
* Step 9
Fold empty side back over and enjoy :)
