Healthy Grilled Brie Spinach Prosciutto Sandwich

This is a healthy version of a grilled cheese with ham sandwich. Using whole wheat Italian bread, light brie cheese & spinach makes this a healthier version.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

put the cheese on the Italian bread...put the spinach on top of the cheese...& put a slice of prosciutto on 2 halves

Heat a griddle pan & cut the butter in 4 melt on 4 spots on the griddle...then place the 4 halves on the melted butter & cook until golden brown
