Stir-Fried Bell Pepper and Eggs Dressed with Salty Kelp
I came up with this recipe to get over my distaste for bell peppers. I was surprised that I could eat lot of bell peppers this way. Since then, I love bell peppers.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I used 5 bell peppers, weighing a total of 167g.
* Step 2
Beat the egg, and combine the ★ ingredients. Scramble the eggs in vegetable oil. Transfer to a bowl.
* Step 3
Julienne the bell peppers, and sauté in sesame oil. Add the sake and continue cooking until the liquid is gone.
* Step 4
Toss the eggs and peppers with the salty kelp and enjoy!
