Tajine with beans, green olives

* Step 1
Put the olives in boilling waterand change the water every 10 minutes to eliminate the excess salt. cut the beans in half and cook in the pan with a tbsp of butter,clove of garlic,pinch of black pepper, salt, for five minutes.
* Step 2
Grate the onion and cut the carrot with the rings
* Step 3
Put the casserole dish on a medium heat and put some oil and teaspoon of butter with the chicken and let it brown for a few minutes add the chopped onion and the carrot,the chopped tomato and mashed ginger and garlic, the spices, and let me eject a few minutes later and a 1/2cup of hot water and beans sautéed in butter and the green olives, close the casserole dish and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes

Serve with lemon slices and persely.
