I fell in love with this appetizer: machas, Chilean white wine, and parmigiana on top 🇨🇱 ☺️ 🥂

* Step 1
Prepare the ingredients: wash the clams, shred the cheese, and boil water. Boil the clams a couple of minutes, until they open up
* Step 2
Add a spoonful of white wine, and add shredded parmigiana cheese on top of the clams that have opened up.
* Step 3
Decorate with parsley. Serve immediay.
