While cooking peal tomatillos, use allumium foil to cook over comal (not burnt but cooked 2-3sides) when done put aside and cook more. after wrap all in foil all around all the tomatillos (1-2min).
* Step 7
Cut nopales into small pieces. Lines like l. Put 1in water in pot (lower than nopales) add cilantro fresco and salt. Add half onion. medium heat. 20-25min
* Step 8
(Salsa for meat) Place 3 teeth garlic in blender. Place 3 chiles. Salt. Little more than half (not 3/4). Water (double of tomatillos) Blend Fine. Then add to pan with meat (done)
* Step 9
(Salsa to add on) Place 3 teeth garlic in blender. Place 10 chiles. Salt. Little more than half (not 3/4). Water (level of tomatillo) Blend Fine. Then add to pan with meat (done)
