Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put water and konbu if small sauce pot. Heat on medium just before boiling. 10 minutes. Then remove konbu

* Step 2

Add bonito flakes bring to boil. Then reduce heat. Simmer 30 seconds. Turn heat off. Soak 10 minutes

* Step 3

Drain the bonito flakes. Store in fridge 3-5 days. Freezer for 2 weeks
