original hidden valley ranch dressing mix (prepare according to the package directins)

10 oz Jimmy Dean or Owens breakfast sausage, browned and drained

8 oz

Mexican 4 Blend Cheese

1/2 cup

green or red bell pepper, chopped

12 oz

package of Wonton wrappers (or egg roll wrappers cut into 4th)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the sausage, prepared dressing, bell pepper and cheese together and chill for 30 minutes

* Step 2

Preheat oven tp 350°

* Step 3

Place 1 wonton wrapper in a lightly greased standard sized muffin tin

* Step 4

Bake 5-7 minutes until lightly golden brown

* Step 5

Remove from oven allow to cool

* Step 6

Add 2 tbsp of sausage mixture, return to oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese melts
