Ground Beef Fried Rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Over a medium heat, pour 2 tablespoon into a big frying pan. Scramble the eggs. Set aside. (Di atas api sedang, tuang 2 sendok makan minyak goreng dan orak-arik telur. Sisihkan)
* Step 2
In the same frying pan, pour 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and stir fry the ground beef for 3 minutes. Set aside. (Dalam penggorengan yang sama, tuang 1 sendok makan minyak goreng dan masak daging giling selama 3 menit. Sisihkan)
* Step 3
Pour 2 tablespoon vegetable oil into the pan. Sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant. (Tuang 2 sendok makan minyak ke dalam penggorengan yang sama, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih sampai wangi)
* Step 4
Stir in carrots and green beans. Cook for 1 minute. Then add in salt, ground black pepper, fish sauce, soy sauce and mushroom seasoning powder. Stir until the vegetable fully coated. (Masukkan wortel dan buncis. Masak selama 1 menit. Kemudian masukkan garam, bubuk lada hitam, kecap ikan, kecap asin dan bubuk kaldu jamur. Aduk sampai sayuran tercampur rata dengan bumbu)
* Step 5
Thrn add in steamed rice and stir fry for 1 minute until rice fully coated. (Kemudian masukkan nasi, aduk dan masak selama 1 menit)
* Step 6
Add in scrambled eggs, ground beef and chili pepper flakes. Stir for 30 seconds. (Masukkan orak arik telur, daging giling dan bubuk cabai kasar. Aduk selama 30 detik)
* Step 7
Then add in basil leaves and scallion. Stir until just combined about 30 seconds. Remove from the heat. (Kemudian masukkan daun bawang dan daun basil. Aduk rata selama 30 detik. Matikan api kompor)
