Basmati Rice

Once I cooked basmati rice, it didn’t go well. But this time I made it.

Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 people

20-25 minutes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Rinse the rice until water runs clear. (Cuci beras sampai air yea berwarna jernih)

* Step 2

In medium saucepan, bring water and butter to boil, add salt. (Dalam wadah panci sedang, masak air dan mentega sampai mendidih, kemudian masukkan garam)

* Step 3

Add rice, return to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low, cover with the lid. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes. (Masukkan beras dan masak kembali sampai mendidih, aduk sesekali. Kurangi suhu api kompor ke suhu yang paling kecil. Biarkan selama 15-20 menit)

* Step 4

Remove from the heat, let stand for 3 minutes, or until all water is absorbed. Fluff gently with fork before serving. (Sisihkan dari kompor, biarkan selama 3 menit atau sampai air terserap semuanya. Aduk perlahan dengan garpu sebelum disajikan)
