Baby Kale Avocado Salad with Lemon Garlic and Parmesan
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Placed kale into a large bowl. Set aside.
* Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk oil, lemon juice, garlic, sea salt, and black pepper until a dressing forms. (Or put these ingredients into an air tight container and shake vigorously)
* Step 3
Pour dressing over the kale and toss to coat. Use hands to massage dressing into the leaves for a minute or two (squeeze leaves).
* Step 4
Add Parmesan, avocado, and pine nuts. Toss again.
