Corned Beef Patties with Potato and Ricotta

Someone kindly gave me some homemade ricotta, and I thought of putting some inside the batter. These patties turned out tasty and yummy.

Ingredient

Food ration :

22-24 patties
200 gr

corned beef

4 tbsp

ricotta

1/2 tsp

salt

3 tbsp

flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix mashed potatoes, corned beef, ricotta, eggs, salt, bouillon cube, black pepper, and flour.

* Step 2

I usually use a spoon to mix it, but you can also knead it.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan. I use medium heat.

* Step 4

Use two spoons to form patties. Fry them until golden brown, flipping them occasionally.
