Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pot, put in water, fish sauce, whole pepper corns, onion, beef cubes and beef. Let it boil. Remove the lard. After it boils, you can turn the heat to low. Simmer until beef is tender.

* Step 2

Put in the potatoes and squash. Cover for 5mins.

* Step 3

Put in the leafy vegetables. Cook for another minute. Serve.
